Preliminary Meeting With Management
The goal with our first meeting is to align goals and determine a possible fit to our team. Although more short and general, we want to discuss our clients, training and advancement in our company. We offer candidates a meeting with our management team, to get to know who we are and what we seek to accomplish in the coming years. We encourage all candidates to review the website and training steps, to make sure they are prepared to discuss company culture and advancement opportunities.
In-Depth Overview With Our Team
The second round of our interview process is very candid and transparent, as we give a candidate the chance to meet with our team, one on one. We break training and growth down from entry level to management, outlining responsibilities, pay, time-frames and goals at each step. We allow candidates to ask questions and dive into the areas that they find most important to them, really wanting to make sure we can help each other be successful. Our goal is to cover culture, short-term and long-term goals and to shadow the sales day-to-day, before any final decision is made.
Final Call With Management
A third-round call will be made to a candidate which we feel could be a great fit, based on the prior two meetings with our team. We wrap up the interview process by reviewing feedback, answering any final questions and finalizing potential offers. We hope to come to a final decision on a potential fit to our team, moving forward to offers and potential start dates. We want to find the best candidates for our team, and we are looking for eager and passionate people to grow with us!
