What does Team DFW do?
We hate to limit ourselves to just one title, but to make it simple, we do sales. We work with large clients, strictly those who need high volume and growth on a local level. We offer trained representation in order to deliver on their goals, grow their campaigns, and expand their reach.
Who are your clients?
Well, we do not list our clients online, but we can offer the criteria we look for in our partnerships. We like big companies; well established and nationally recognized. We work with progressive and fast-paced industries, like technology, telecom, and green energy. Our goal is to work with companies that not only want to move as quick as we do but have the means to do it.
Does Team DFW do phone or door sales?
No. Absolutely not. We understand that those types of sales are being phased out. We like low pressure environments for our customers in a retail setting where they can approach us. We build face-to-face relationships, so it is very important that our employees feel comfortable with all types of personalities.
Is this commission only? What is starting pay?
No, this position is NOT commission only. We offer a base pay AND the ability to earn commission. There is NO cap on the commission, so our employees definitely take advantage of that. First year account managers typically range from $40-$50K on average, although we have several employees who will clear $60K their first year alone.
Do I have to find my own clients?
No. We have built this campaign and client partnership for several years. We have our clients and services already set up for our employees.
Do you offer training?
Absolutely! We offer hands-on training and mentorship to every single employee in our company. We only promote from within, so every manager that we promote has been involved in all areas of small business management. We do not require certain experience as we train in all areas of small business management.
How do promotions work at Team DFW?
We only promote from within our company as we want someone to grow with us and gain the necessary experience to be successful long-term. Our promotion structure is metric-based allowing for a clear path to management. With NO seniority, no one in our company will be held back based on how long they have been here. We strongly believe that what you put in should be what you get back. Period.
What is the culture like?
We believe that culture is incredibly important in a team. We like to have fun, but goals come first. Our team members thrive in competitive and challenging environments and are always looking to grow out of their comfort zones.
